Still in pain with the shoulder, but it does seem to be easing somewhat.
I won't be cycling today due to the weather, but I intend to catch up on some laundry and then do the important job of deep cleaning/servicing the bike and treating the chain to a very thorough lube I may even get the work stand out!

Can I pop mine in to yours? It just needs a whole new chainset and service the wheel bearings. Oh and a thoroughly good clean.

I can clean it.....

I am learning to do the little jobs first but according to someone, I, and I quote, "throw tools about like a petulant child".
