I'll join in and say I've lost weight since last Autumn. I put it on again since but hey, I just call it my winter coat and swear it's deliberate.

26th June last year, I remember as it was my wife's birthday.

You weren't exactly what you'd call big though at that time.

I've shifted at least a stone since then. I have got rid of 2 stone since 1st Jan this year. I haven't 'lost' the weight as I have no intention of ever 'finding' it again.
