I have been up half the night in agony - almost went to A&E it was so bad. So not a great day here in the SL house!
Oh and it's to be 18 degrees but doubt I'll get out.

Late to the party this morning. My sciatica has decided to be 'interesting' this morning. It's late in the year for it, so very unexpected. Another cuppa and It'll be fine, I should think.

Had a lovely relaxed ride this morning. Mentioned in other threads that I have been struggling a bit lately so the new me will be cycling at a much slower, touring sort of pace. If this morning was anything to go by, it will be fun. 43 miles and felt like I could have carried on for longer no problem. I will be leaving all thought of QOMs, segments, challenges, etc to others. I want my cycling to improve my physical and mental health, not drag it down like I felt it was starting to do.

Hope some of you other Tealanders are out there enjoying this cracking weather too
