A very good day of sports yesterday....

Watched United win the Manchester derby, Leigh Centurions won away against Sheffield Eagles, moving to 20 matches unbeaten & caught the last few hours of the Masters to.

Been overwhelmed with work and life lately, but I will have day off for a big bike ride in two weeks

Tell your PayMasters that you have been instructed to have a week off, on double pay & that @classic33 said so & he has a sharp scythe....

Well prepared...... & warm too.

The only thing I forgot was a hot flask of... Tea!!!* How could I have forgotten that?!?




*(to be honest I slept in so was racing out the door feeding the cat and dog as I went, and it would be coffee for me as I hate tea)

Another horrendous night, waiting on the GP calling me...

must be the weather. same here, only I have resorted to the electric heated pad and the bottle of morphine... hope the GP can sort you soon. Its horrible being I pain.

I'm still in bed as usual but my OAP chair was delivered at 8am this morning. Not sure I will be using it tomorrow because it means I need to work out a new routine and probably get some more pillows/cushions and then I need to get a table to go around it which also costs in 3 figure because I need the type that does not push under as though it is a bed, because if you look at the bottom of it, you can't push things under it, you need something like this... luckily we happen to have a mobility place in Northwich so my OH can get what I need from there but it is still not cheap and you have to pay VAT on it as well unlike the chair!

No cycling for me today - too painful still.
