For those who said its been cold of late, OR even saying its too warm

Here's what you can expect the next 24 hrs - it's not a pretty sight when wind chills could reach -40 degrees. If you have to go out tomorrow be sure to cover all exposed skin and limit your time outside. The snow will not add up to a ton but the blowing and drifting will make for snow covered roads.

A good spot..
my youngest has got the timetables sussed when she travels through from Embra so arrives at Central instead of Queen St..
I remember Penrith station as it was where I go off to head to Keswick in my younger hell raising days....
the days of 3 pts to the £..(my first ever pint was 1/10d)


Its gotta be the worst top ever made...
the traditional strip is a cracker

Good job the Mrs was on the ball, clocking the departure boards at Glasgow, waiting for me to get back from Paisley

You charmer Bobby.
Didn't see anything of Paisley. Had a drink and bite to eat in The Counting House in Glasgow.
The one lad shot off to Paisley to meet some of his mates. He was on about a place called the Alamo Bar?
We got a train and got there at 14:25 but went to St James which is 200 yards from the ground. Same on the way back, so I missed the delights that Paisley had to offer.
Do you think I missed anything Bobby?
Should I return in the summer for a weekend there?
