Your right but I'm sure I read they can't make it zero because mouthwash contains alcohol so could cause a false reading.

Ok technicality, and that would come out in the wash no pun intended but an alcohol reading after mouth wash taken into consideration should result in prosecution.
I feel strongly about alcohol being in charge of something dangerous like a car or piece of machinery. I have no problem with anyone having a drink as long as they don't endanger others.
