Your right but I'm sure I read they can't make it zero because mouthwash contains alcohol so could cause a false reading.
Ok technicality, and that would come out in the wash no pun intended
but an alcohol reading after mouth wash taken into consideration should result in prosecution.I feel strongly about alcohol being in charge of something dangerous like a car or piece of machinery. I have no problem with anyone having a drink as long as they don't endanger others.
