These morning headaches are doing my tree in. I've had morning headaches before and I'll get them again, I go through phases of them

Dehydration? I used to wake up with headaches until I started drinking a glass of water at bedtime (not that you seem to have a bedtime as such...)

Morning all
These morning headaches are doing my tree in. I've had morning headaches before and I'll get them again, I go through phases of them.
I've a day off today, except for a dog walk so I'm going to chill out a bit and get a bit of a ride in at some point. It's cold but the sun is shining here.

Mrs Fu has been waking up with headaches too though I'm putting it down to stress - she is off this week but is still waking up at 3am thinking about work, not good!

4 days off the commute and I thought I would have seen a hint of sunrise this morning.
Will have to keep my 2000 lumen light on still.

Hmmm, you may be only something - Mrs Fu has one of those memory foam pillows, I find it rock solid and wouldn't want one - I wonder if that is causing it?

So glass of water before bed (though if she is getting up at 3am for a pee you lot are dead!) and change of pillow - anything else??

We were discussing that yesterday. I will go today for a new pillow. I've been waiting for a cheque to clear and today is the day.
