How's that going SL, I've been tempted to try it but a little bit wary of my balance? I'm used to being the falling over clown in the class though (see: skiing)...:smile:
I love it!
I have dyspraxia and fall over at the drop of a hat but it has been really useful.
The good thing is that no-one judges you...everyone has their own issues to deal with and there's no right or wrong way.

Never liked the way you had to hit the floor with your arm, when judo was being taught at school. Hit it with the flat of my hand once they thought I'd thrown someone on the floor.

I did judo when I was 15/16. I did like it but you know what its like at that age - always something else to do.
The only time we'd roll about in Tai Chi is the self defence class but I physically have a hard time with that
