Never liked the way you had to hit the floor with your arm, when judo was being taught at school. Hit it with the flat of my hand once they thought I'd thrown someone on the floor.I love it!
I have dyspraxia and fall over at the drop of a hat but it has been really useful.
The good thing is that no-one judges you...everyone has their own issues to deal with and there's no right or wrong way.
Haha. I got my Bronze in ski proficiency (a long time ago)I was waiting for a chair lift with my instructor..we were just standing there..I suddenly fell over.

SithiI am off to bed. My legs are killing me after 2 hours of Tai Chi today - you'd think they'd be strong after cycling!
