I wish I did, 17:15 for me and sat in a queue through the roadworks up to the M5 for nearly an hour.

I'll be taking a painkiller before I go and they are good for 6 hours. I'm sitting here not wanting to go (still in pj's) but I know I'll enjoy it once I'm out.
It's good having someone to ride with too - makes me get off my ass and get out there!

Someone has recently written about motivation on their blog, well the getting started bit anyway..try not to end up as a mess like him...now get going!

Morning folks. I have treated myself to a slightly longer lie and breakfast first before I go out. Last time I looked out, I saw a paper delivery girl teetering carefully along the pavement so I think it must be really slippy. Might leave it another hour and see if it starts to melt now the sun's out.

Morning...........well didn't risk my early dog walk as pavements were treacherous. Just back a short time ago. The sun is finally melting the ice away and it is going to be a lovely afternoon for the next walk

It took me nearly an hour to get from Malvern Link to the M5 because of the roadworks near Worcester, once I was on it I was ok.
