Whether I can actually cross the aqueduct remains to be seen! @Pat "5mph" - I shall report back later but if you hear screaming from the Linlithgow area, I may not have made it!

The aqueduct at Beecraigs is really scary especially wearing cleats. The cobbles make it especially hazardous. Hope you are okay

but the morphine has kicked in and my legs have stopped hurting. It's going to take a while to get my fitness back! And I need to deal with the chain slippage issue before I can go out on her again.
