I was up at 5.45am. I had to put the bins out because I forgot last night, woke up with the dawn chorus getting going (lovely to have it back) and then that little job popped into my bleary half awake brain... Not many others seemed to be out in their dressing gowns taking icy bins out and logging on to CC at that time just seemed a step too far...

Just tried shortening the chain on my new trike so I could go out for a ride and failed. I can't even manage something as simple as shortening a ******* chain any more! It is so ********* frustrating it has reduced me to tears yet again.

But then maybe, just maybe, she has a life!!

Sadly I no longer have a life. At least not one that existing outside of this bedroom anymore.

Yep, she's going to put her old uniform on and get you to run after her, then speed up the footage and add a bit of saxophone as soundtrack... Unique..never been done before.

Don't give up .
Some of us (like me ) never have and never will shorten a chain. Your skills haven't been lost, they are just buried awaiting unearthing.
