We're planning a Wales trip for June..prob Snowdon Area but I fanvy Mid Wales?
Any recomendations for a base ? Be 3,4 days poss 5 so self catering.
what's worth a look etc

The last time I was down Snowdon, we just did the Travelodge in Bangor and found a cracking country pub 4 miles out for food and juice of the apple.. Ideal for Anglesey and Snowdonia. Heading back down this year at some point.

Quite a few small villages and towns have theyre own websites now. You would be better picking a village or town you fancy staying in, type the name and see what comes up. Quite often people will advertise a holiday home to let in those sites, so it might be worth trying.
