Stuck? or part of training regime?
I try to avoid using the little ring. Been doing the climbs here in the big ring admittedly a 50 but still hard work.

Stuck as in chain slipping on middle or little ring - suspected chain stretch/worn chainrings. Fine on the flat but Certainly makes you work going uphill.
