Cycled up Coulport (entrance) way last year.

No, that would be Cornwall surely? I was thinking that if the Westminster Village had nuclear subs sailing up and down the Thames and anchoring themselves next to the drinks terrace they may take a stronger view on disarmament - as it is they are out of sight, out of mind.
