I think the reality is it depends on where you are.
I'm 10 miles from Faslane, sub base and 13 from Coulport.not much chance of survival..Isn't there still fallout from Chernobyl in some Welsh hills?
Must keep an old door and mattress in case, stockpile cider and chocolate, bacon, eggs and coffee, sorted.

I still get THE look when I ask for some lamb to make a curry with...
Mrs M at the age of three used to go to her aunt's farm and used to carry this one poor wee lamb about, nobody told her what happened to them.
Lamb is a bad word still.
