You might be around for a bit, you never know.

The odds are in favour of driverless trains appearing before driverless cars.

The technology exists and some of the underground trains only have the driver to intervene if required, however its the cost and who is going to fund it, so as I say I will be long retired by the time it happens.

Easy fund it. First go to driver only, then say they're(drivers) are surplus to requirement.

Computers don't have union membership and it's doubtful if they'd ever go on strike over conditions.

One being trialled on the ECML at present. You have been warned
