Appears to be one of the old type. Normally the same on both sides. Supposed to be disposed off, but you'd be suprised how many end up being sold. Anything upto four figure sums.

The technology exists and some of the underground trains only have the driver to intervene if required, however its the cost and who is going to fund it, so as I say I will be long retired by the time it happens.

Easy fund it. First go to driver only, then say they're(drivers) are surplus to requirement.

Computers don't have union membership and it's doubtful if they'd ever go on strike over conditions.

Freight trains are already running in your area, under computer control.

Never said it would bother you. Just swap operators.
