G'day folks.
Been busy with all my new toys - everything works.
Heating engineer due tomorrow to flush the system and do some prep work. Radiators in the garage awaiting installation.
Starting to get some approximate dates for the rewire and bathroom jobs.
Though it won't really feel like progress until some of the work gets done.

Eight weeks from start to finish?
Good going, at any time, given the present situation blinking speedy!!
Yes, I was very happy when that went through.
The present situation has slowed the refurb process but tomorrow will see the first bit of work starting with the prep work for the heating. I'll be happy when the rewire is done as that will be the messiest job. The new bathroom will bring a welcome improvement so I hope that starts as planned in 10-14 days time.

There's a house on the street, sold in early March last year. They finished moving in in September, old house sold in the meantime. New owners unable to move, so they were living in two houses.
Work ongoing still. A bit like yourselves, getting it done round them.
Your two were started last week, finished this week in comparison.
