Going to be too hot to do much anyway. I went for an early bimble while it was cool, had a tepid bath when I got back followed by Weetabix and nice cold milk. I've actually stuck the pj's back on and don't intend going back out as I am not liking the heat these days. Just makes me too uncomfortable and end up with a headache. I will hide indoors and try and stay as cool as possible. Men's tennis final to watch this afternoon.

I'm sure you said earlier this year you were looking forward to summer and the warmer weather. Then the drier weather not so long back.

Can you not just soak in the bath all day?

In four to five canal bank miles, every cyclist was heading E, I wonder why
I had a tail wind the last three....

I'm not much better. Only around 600 miles for the year so far. A few years ago it would have been at least 2,000. Not bothered though. I'm not finding it quite as enjoyable these days anyway and preferring my walking.

Yer getting out and about, that's the main thing. Even yer "Willy Walks", hunting the haggis, are more than most are doing.

I'm not into these craft beers, IPAs etc..
I like a low alcohol refreshing beer (around 4 to 5%)
This 'notes' of citrus, chocolate and woody taste dung is just heid up yer erse stuff..
