What's the book called?
Anything up to five miles long, with a half mile for a home setup being common.

You appear to have one from "The Kingdom" there.

Anything you know behind the increase.

You keep the "paperwork" up to date. Don't miss anyone off yer list.

LF today..

My loop can give me reception of all the odd TXs that go on from 1 - 190 khz....
after that is the LW broadcast band...Radio 4 booming on 198 khz....to a Eire station on 252 (Spirit?)
Vertical antenna resonant at one frequency would be three times the height of the BT tower or something like that..
not manageable here at the Towers.

As I said above the 'greyline' between daylight and darkness enhances propagation, thing is tonight will be totally different..
Off to find something to do...
might just sit here:cuppa:

Any ideas that you feel like copying/trying out in there.

252 had me thinking of Atlantic 252, Co. Meath, but that went a while back.
You reckon the neighbours might complain if you tried.

Do they still drop the power at night, on commercial stations.
You just sit there, cuppa in hand. Shout when you want a refill.

252 khz is actually RTE1,
dunno where I got Spirit from..
I haven't listened only googled..

IRL
RTÉ Radio 1 24h EngClarkestown/Summerhill

Uses a measly 150KW to cover the island and the UK..
I know they keep the transmitters powered but how , reduced maybe...

Been out for a wee pedal..
okay, I used two, one up as the other headed down....
had a nice tail breeze along the canal bank after an initial 'where am I going?' outward journey....
Off for a late lunch...

I listen to Irish radio on the telly, over here.
Dunno either, subliminal messages?

Station I knew on that frequncy went a while back.
Operating on half the power that Atlantic 252 used.
No pedals at home?

Enjoy yer late lunch.

The same to you...

Up early again. Not another site visit, by car?

I'd been well up and about by the time I wrote that..
Early to bed, early to rise,
being married makes a man skint...
so they say

Are you still well, after posting that?
If there's a game on, it's not early to bed for you though
Have you thought about printing your own money.

As in AM!
You'll be gone early tonight.
Could you not move yer bed to the living room. No cable extensions required doing it this way.

Have a cuppa whilst you decide.
