They started Saturday here. Tonight is a warm up for the weekend. A "bring your own fireworks" bonfire planned.
I were never a fan of making the noise, just for the sake of it. Preferred to light the sky up, and stopped when that sort went out of fashion.
Currently caught in a threeway crossfire. Either side of the valley and those downhill firing uphill. All away from their houses.
Anyway, just think of all that money yer saving by not watching it go up in smoke. They don't come cheap these days.
That's as maybe, but it doesn't sound as painful as using the strimmer.
