All sounds have a colour, for me. Learning scales is a doddle as I just follow the colours. I know what colour comes next. Also, when I'm trying to work out bits of guitar solo, I know what colours the notes are so I can find them on a fretboard. Very handy.
That's a really useful thing! I do use the colour thing to remember people's names...but unfortunately some names have the same colour so it can cause problems!

Good evening to anyone passing through... home-made Byriani tonight. Prawns...not very orthodox but good anyway.

Aye it's pure mauchit here as well:cold::rain:! Evening all:okay:....

In 1972, a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government, they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire... the A-Team

Discovering more 'nasties' left by cyclesurgery.

1. quick release isnt 'quick' if you need to get a pair of pliers (with a cloth in between to prevent damage to bike & quick release handle) and force the handle into its release position.

2. They put my front derailleur out of alignment, But not only did they do that. The muppet who was working on my bike also cut the ending of the cable off so its now become frayed and wires poking into my leg/ankle while im cycling isnt very comfortable at all.

I had that cable replaced on thursday and its lasted a day before cyclesurgery gone and f**k*d it up again.

Im going to go back there sunday and demand that they replace the cable and re-align my front derailleur. Id go to my LBS and have them do it as i trust them more, but id be forking out more cash to have them do it....

Im honestly in two minds about what to do... either take it to my LBS and have them fix it up or take it back to the shop who messed it up and let them fix what they broke.
