My back is a little better, so I have ventured out to do some light duties (there's your gift for the day, Classic).....

I cast up a two piece pier cap:

and have done a bit of work on the path to the workshop:

They're Flettons, rumbled in the mixer for 20 minutes:

Now my back is a bit tired........
Why not just get a bigger wheel barrow, instead of using a tandem?

The caps are just sitting there dry. I'll mortar them in next time I have the right colour muck on the go.

One barrow for muck, one for bricks.

Hey Classic, wasn't your old moneybags friend called George? There's a video of him on the "Cold call responses" thread.

Sweet as a nut. I get the feeling that they're at the threshold of marginal gains territory - one could spend a lot for very little improvement. Maybe next Prime Day will produce a deal that will tempt. Until then it's :music:.
He popped his clogs before he could send the paperwork. The moneys mine, I've that in writing(e-mails actually) from him saying as much.

Morning WD. My wife hardly slept at all last night.

Hardly surprising, as she is taking part in a 24 hour relay race, running four, and possibly five, 10km legs, between Saturday lunchtime and Sunday lunchtime. Getting up from a tent at 2 in the morning to run 6 miles isn't everyone's idea of fun.
