Morning all, took a wee tumble on some ice this morning, both rider and bike are ok though

This is what is putting me off getting a bike. A few years ago as the result of a simple trip in the street I ended up with a broken pelvis. Time before that, a broken arm. Brittle old bones!

I ate five, but only three worked.

Have you got a union at work?

I was told by a rep that legally there should he eleven hours between the end and start of shifts.

Try telling that to our lot.

8 hours between shifts (they would try to get away with less, if you let 'em).

Union reps are getting their bread buttered by Management & often side with management, they get the shorter, better, easier shifts more often than the rest & one of them is a Supervisor, so he is compromised by being responsible for reporting staff & then defending them.

Quite how this situation is allowed to exist I have no idea.

I saw the pavements still showing signs and headed down the hill to sea level, played icebreaker on a golf course track through deep puddles before being warned 'icy round the corner, big yin' and it was..sea level but shaded.

Afternoon all
30 of the finest off road, rough track and tarmac ridden today..
a plate of bacon and eggs on arrival back home...lovely.
now sipping some Guatemalan

The app store is different, but 99 per cenf are free. I must admit though I like the play store. Always have. Thats where my new nexus comes in handy.
