Okay cycling is officially hurting me. I have woken up this morning to bruises on my legs from where I clatter my pedals and some weird bruising round my neck! I must say though, apart from a little heaviness in the legs, I feel fab this morning. :bicycle::sun:

Bruising from cycling!
The bruising on the legs I can understand. That on the the neck I can't.

I know right!, the only thing I can think is it is from my sports bra as it is a racer back one we shall see. Ladies, any recommendations for sports bras? (excuse the TMI)

:hello:Good morning Smithbat, try a few warm up exercises for your legs before you go for a ride if you can and take it easy the first few miles,
Thank you, I shall try that.

Good afternoon/evenin' *whatever it is*

Went to bed around 11.30 last night & alarm got me up at 04.25 for work.
11.30 - 12.45 last night/this morning was just a lost cause.

Could do with a siesta late afternoon after work but it won't be happening.

:tired:

I hope you get a sleep pattern going. Back in the day I used to get up at 5.30am and I thought that was bad.
When we were at karaoke in Cyprus we often didn't get to bed before 4.25!

:hello: Aren't you lucky... a heatwave especially for you!
Couldn't be better ^_^. We've been out and about enjoying the sun as it's more comfortable than Cyprus has been the last few weeks. Due to be back down to 11c by Thursday though.

Back on the bike this morning too - it felt so tough it was hard to believe I used to do 57min for a 25m TT!! Still, upwards and onwards. :okay:
