Try stretching afterwards, I find it helpful.Okay cycling is officially hurting me. I have woken up this morning to bruises on my legs from where I clatter my pedals and some weird bruising round my neck! I must say though, apart from a little heaviness in the legs, I feel fab this morning.![]()
Try a shock absorber. I find them the best but have been known to use an Asda sports bra. Cheap and cheerful but they really seem to do the job.
