Okay cycling is officially hurting me. I have woken up this morning to bruises on my legs from where I clatter my pedals and some weird bruising round my neck! I must say though, apart from a little heaviness in the legs, I feel fab this morning. :bicycle::sun:
Try stretching afterwards, I find it helpful.
Try a shock absorber. I find them the best but have been known to use an Asda sports bra. Cheap and cheerful but they really seem to do the job.

Thank you

I just need to understand why the stupid woman in her big 4wd black Chelsea tractor cannot see a size 20 woman wearing a hi-Vis vest and on a bright white bike! My first SLIDSY on the new bike!

...what chance do you have on just a bike?

Careful...............it can get very addictive if you let it. Lol.

Just be careful and not do what I did and nearly kill myself trying on a downhill one.
Some people take it to extremes though. None on the actual runway.

I thought I would be a lot slower in the rain, but I have just ridden to work in 16 minutes, it usually takes me 20. I have also discovered I need mudguards on my bike, I am absolutely filthy. As you all know, I know nothing about these things, are they easy to get and fix to my bike?

They're easy to fit if you know what you're doing.

Best thing is to take a photo of your bike and ask in the technical part of the forum.
