Any that were lit in 71 still burning?

The one that burned the longest was between lobleyhill and Sunnyside in Gateshead it's now a nature park, that burned from the 70s till late 90s I think

It's really nice what they've done, they have to he flower show there and there's a trail upto he tanfield railway and beamish museum

Would they allow a pedal cycle on a commercial airport runway?

Manchester's two runways are free if you plan on getting a KOM. Barton airfield is strava free as well.

Indeed, so nice I doubled my journey to work this morning, roads were wet and cycle path puddly, hence my back looking like a lesser spotted green thing. Never mind, mudguards are going on tonight!
