Its been absolutely bucketing down here! Daughter left to get bus to work this afternoon but had to turn back drenched to the skin (despite umbrella). So I was kind enough to drive her to work after she changed clothes and shoes. Now (you might ask), why didn't I offer to drive her in the first place?

Football, elbow in the ribs.

Elbow due to diving in goal & landing on it a few times, lost the fluid packet that protects the bone in a car crash in my mid > late 20's.
Every knock I get to the elbow is now straight to the bone, should buy one of those sports supports I think, even for riding, just in case.

Football, elbow in the ribs.

Elbow due to diving in goal & landing on it a few times, lost the fluid packet that protects the bone in a car crash in my mid > late 20's.
Every knock I get to the elbow is now straight to the bone, should buy one of those sports supports I think, even for riding, just in case.

I''ve had cracked ribs so many times! Osteoporosis. I once got two ribs cracked from someone giving me a hug!
