I ended up braving it too. Was a tad gusty, especially heading back home into it. Not very far or very fast but at least I went. Well timed for once as it is now starting to rain.

My son does that. I've asked him several times whether it matters if you take 'certain substances'. He says no.

I already know. I turn a blind eye to that sort of stuff. In fact, its not just mattresses. Its us too. I mean, our skin and our inside bits.... its best not to think about it.

Certainly a cold wind here that is getting stronger as I type. Think I just heard a wheelie bin go flying. A wee drizzle blowing through the wind. As long as it stays just rain and not snow I don't mind too much.

Have had an early walk and I don't think I will be cycling somehow...........unless I fancy going for some South Westerly segments. Lol
