Nope. It tried very, very briefly but came to nothing. Currently blue sky and sun which looks nice until you poke your nose out the door. There is a strong and absolutely perishing wind.

Thanks. Yeah, I love it. I built it 3 years ago, but haven't had a chance to slate it until now. My mum keeps talking about converting it to a granny annexe, every time she visits. I'm really not sure how she'd get on with a planer-thicknesser in the bedroom and a bandsaw in the bathroom, though..........

Talking of workshops.............when the day comes when my dad shuffles off this mortal coil, he has a huge workshop bigger than most folks house with all sorts of tools and stuff in it. Going to be a nightmare when anything happens to him. Everything from large standing power drills, saw bench, bandsaws, welder, metal and wood turning lathes plus probably stuff I don't even know what it is. Plus thousands of hand tools. Makes me feel physically sick at the thought of dealing with it all some day.
