By yon bonnie banks and by yon bonnie braes,
Where the sun shines bright on Loch Lomond,
Where me and my true love will never meet again
On the bonnie, bonnie banks o' Loch Lomond.

Guess where I was today:whistle:

B&Q for pensioners day???

I've a friend who lives in Balloch. I hope you were nice to all middle aged ladies with 2 black retrievers that you happened across. She's a sassenach, but they like her 'coz she's into folk music, and that's a thing in Balloch, apparently. I'm not allowed to visit as the allocated sassenach places have all been filled.
There are quite a few who have just stayed in the surrounding area after being based at the military complexes and bases nearby, the hills and some coastal areas are riddled with a lot going on you cannot see.
Helensburgh the main one.
If they (Russkis, NKoreans whoever) decide to hit Coulport or Faslane, I'll not know anything.

Balloch is a gateway to the Highlands,
Less than 30 mins on a good day by car from here, just over 100 mins by bike...
an area I'd recommend for a visit.
