I did want to go further but it's a case of time management and wanting to get back to do a few things and watch the Tour otherwise it would have been nice to have stayed out for another hour or two and put another 20 or 30 miles on the clock.

The 'Dementia Navigator' has now been and gone. All questions answered and plenty of leaflets received. There does seem to be a very good and extensive support network locally so it was a very worthwhile afternoon, which helps to reassure us both. Onward, together, into the unknown we go!

That's my first time of hearing that song. Both beautiful and apt - you're a star Classic. One of the things that we didn't want was to be separated at any stage in the future and we were assured of all the support required to keep us together unless safety becomes an issue. We do, indeed, feel we have a 'crew' around us.

Haven't looked but apparently Her Maj was on a different local canal from me today, we could have shot the breeze and some chilled cider.
Too far to the nearest pub plus I'm at the top of a steep hill
