Good Morning

Morning WD. 4.45 was about the time my wife finally managed to get off to sleep. The slow-burn agony of insomnia is horrible to watch. She set off 20 minutes ago to go and do a day teaching 7 year olds, with all the energy that takes, and she won't get home until after 6 this evening, worn out, but facing the prospect of another night to come with only 3 or 4 hours broken sleep. I feel for you.

Froome just didn't have it.
Inspiring me to head out and find a
flat bit to cycle
but can I be bothered?
. I have no intention of fighting my way through the abundance of traffic lights. Another cup of coffee is in order i think.
Thought you said you were planning on watching cycling. Not gardening books on the stage.?Wow. What a turn up for the books that stage was.![]()

That'd be a Swede!Turn up, Classic.......turn up. Not turnip. Go stand in the corner with your hands on your head, until I think you've learned your lesson.
.......I think I'll shave my legs for tomorrow
