Morning all you lovely Tealandiers..............had to pop in to wish a certain young man a very Happy Birthday. 64 miles today Bobby???? You'll be able to have lots of if you do.

I on the other hand still feel lethargic and lazy so be lucky if I manage 6.4 miles!

@Mo1959 I'm claiming the final leg the other week as my 'a mile for every year', I've done a few miles this week
Get out even if it's just a quick run around the town
