Unless something that prevents us crops up in the next few days. We have started packing.
We need to get away as life here has become too stressful of late.

I can barely wait to get away as I think life will be easier for both of us there as it's just we two together in a world we enjoy. This will likely be the last full winter away so I hope it goes well.

I'd like to think we will still get away but feel it will be for shorter periods. I think we would feel cheated if we started going to Cyprus for shorter periods so we may try somewhere like Crete for a few weeks both Autumn and Spring. However, I don't think Mrs B can remember how much she hates Irish winters so she may end up begging to go away for the winter again when we stay here next year.

If distance is the problem, how about a nice tandem tour down the West Coast, or you could try Yorkshire!I'd like to think we will still get away but feel it will be for shorter periods.
