We had frost last night. I asked Pam to get her stupid mutt to stop clawing at the kitchen door. It was like the North Pole in here for a while after that.

I sit here in the warm and dry south east smugly thinking of ways in which to express my condolences at the ghastly climate some of you people have to put up with, and then I think of the cold easterlies we'll be suffering from in the next two or 3 months, and decide to change the subject.

Errr. That would be no. . On the other hand, i can be smug in the knowledge that at least I don't have to venture out into the cold and wet to go to work.
