How you came to the conclusion that it might be chilly here, some hours beforehand (and a couple of days after the Met Office predicted it) is way beyond my understanding.

Obviously very jealous, even though its lovely and sunny the water in the shade is still frozen and parts out of the sun are still frosty. Not going out on the bike yet, if at all until the ice melts.
You deserve the nice warm weather though after everything, so enjoy it
