Me too. Another nippy one. I have just had my coffee. Contemplating whether I should go and haul the mountain bike out of the garage and trundle round Aladin's Lamp on it a few times to check the legs can still cycle.

Did a random cycle through to Kilsyth via Glasgow alongside the Forth & Clyde canal...
Met Mrs. M, had a Greggs then back home...
Just over 30 so pleased with the run
into an Easterly literally the whole way but not that bad...

Coffee and oaty biscuits, lovely...

Well if you'll be relying on charm, been nice knowing you.
