Chain removed to make me change cassette tuitsuite..
Nice, sunny day

Haven't you outgrown Fireman Sam yet!

A bright and breezy day, I hope.

Did you at least reach agreement on who gets the eggs.

I watched it with my oldest and now watching it with his son

If only Sam had been around when you were a kid!

Did you change the cassette before or after the ride, and does it make it easier getting up hills.

I dunno where my bike tool kit is
it is somewhere in the packed to the ceiling garage...
I took the chain off to stop me heading out, moving up a set of gears for the local hills isn't what I want (like today)..

It'll be in the last place you look, check there first.

Day 168
The new day is much like the old one. If it wasn't for the period of darkness between them, it wouldn't be hard to believe it was a different day.

Everything is different shades of grey, no colour anywhere. There'll be a squeaky gate opened slowly, soon. And left open.

I might go for a walk, in which case I might be some time....

The end seems no nearer. Will it ever be?
The day has dawned, overcast and damp. Giving rise to fears it may start again. Tomorrow never made it, one less to worry about.

There can off be heard the sound of distant drums. From whence the sound starts it is hard to not hear them.

Polly is in getting new bits ordered and fitted,
the stresses of hauling my large butt up the local hills have been telling..
Hopefully back within the week...

Worn out, parts require replacement due to exceeding their limits.

And the same will be true for the bike I assume.

I'm well past repair, things get patched up..
legs still work well (occasionally) but hey!
back to normal hopefully soon..
