Off to just check over Polly..
can't find my wet lube so using dry stuff, not good with standing water everywhere.
The good thing is, my chain is spotless

Mrs B has been delivered to day care so I hope to get a bit of quiet time. The BS need some documents to be scanned and e-mailed to them but that can wait until the week-end as my next appointment isn't until Monday week. Time to slow down.

I may even get a decent turbo session in today.

Have you seen the joke about that chart giving the coloured in map of the USA on Pg 981 of the jokes thread. I have to say that I liked it a lot and it got Mrs B rocking with laughter.

Back in the days when I was racing the TT's I used to put in some serious speedwork sessions on my previous turbo. Even on an e-assist I doubt that I could beat those numbers these days. Given that I could do 57mins in a 25m TT I doubt I could even match that.

Goodness me, it was only 7-8 years ago that I was doing that - fitness fades quickly at my age.
