Well spotted, Sir,
It is the south one to the other I posted the other day,
I suppose I better go and create a spreadsheet and see how many types I can find:laugh:
Hopefully it'll help me pylon the miles......groan:laugh:

@Andy in Germany All the very best in 2021...

Would that be the main result or just the current goal?

Happy new year to yourself @Bobby Mhor...

Pogo stick or kangaroo shoes she got for Christmas.

Couldn't you have told her to play outside?

Bouncing is her normal mode of conveyance.

She wanted to eat breakfast and watch a bike touring film: this is a tradition we have when I'm here.

This 50m roll, is it three or four foot wide. Have you managed to re-use any a a second/third time.

Never neglect the chance of a cuppa, when working, before starting or after you've finished.
It's only 2' wide and I've stopped unboxing things for reuse as I'm leaving as much as I can boxed for as long as possible while we have contractors in to price, and maybe start, some of the refurb. We can live with the bare minimum for a while, like we used to do in Cyprus for 5 months.

Yes, have to remember about the tea. I brought a kettle and teabags over on day1 but keep forgetting the bring mugs(says the No 1 fool!).

Two mugs now sitting at the door so I won't forget. Looking after Mrs B on top of trying to think of everything makes me prone to forget the little things.

Last roll, that long, I used was four foot wide when laid flat. Nearly as wide rolled up, making getting it home "interesting".

Having a cuppa, a " little thing"! You're sweating away doing this, that an t'other and not hydrating.

Maybe time to slow down a bit. Give yourself a definite stop time, for working on the new one.

Both, it adds to a bike run..

Ta..
You'll end up getting odd looks from folk at this rate. What with BM's, postboxes, telegraph poles, utility markers...

Or a visit from the security services.

I remembered cold drinks in my cycling bottles - just forgot the cups for a hot drink!:okay:

Yeah, this last couple of days I've been using a timer to schedule breaks.

We made good progress today so tomorrow will finish the kitchen and bathroom. Once they're done the worst aspect of the cleaning is done - just little jobs to do, I hope🤞. The hall and lounge/diner have textured wallpaper that's been painted and looks to be in pretty good condition and pretty clean so I think a good dusting will be enough until a decorator has a look.

Funny where you find things. I thought the rads may need a bleed so looked all around the place for a key, without luck. The key we have in the apartment is modern plastic that's ok with our new system but I knew wouldn't be good enough for the gunged up bleed points on the rads in the new place. I ordered a brass key from Amazon and with the help of a little WD40 that did the trick. Anyways, cleaning a ledge just under the ceiling in the bathroom today and what was up there - a stonking old brass rad key with great wings for great leverage. Why was it up there?

MI4.5:laugh:
Chrome gives me a 'don't enter' warning to yon Pylon site,
I never did the wooden poles too much attention once they all seemed to be very recently replaced in my old haunts.....
I was peed the other day when i found I'd walked past a Penfold box on Iona last year, I have promised Mrs M a return to Rothesay (I'll bag the example there instead)
Zebedee is due to appear:laugh:

Thing is the rad in there is a sealed one that can't be bled so there isn't a reason for the key to even be in the room!

Give's some hope of the possibility of finding some old notes somewhere - I'll let you know if that happens!!

I left the kitchen cupboard with the vintage dinner set to last and then cleaned the set itself. I must say the set cleaned up well and only a couple of items are 'glazed'. I didn't notice any chips or cracks so I may get a few quid for the set.

Well if it was the only room in the house with a radiator that doesn't require bleeding, you should have looked there sooner.

£200 plus for eight plates a "few quid"!
