Red Cross parcels allowed?
Nestlé, a Swiss company, are the biggest "German" coffee producers. If you drank coffee, I'd have suggested talking with a Swiss accent.Merely trying not to upset the natives too much. You know how it is: make it too obvious you're British and the next thing you know they're chucking stones at your pith helmet.

Lyons Tea is available over there. Look out for that one.
You're sure that's what they're saying.Apparently I already do, according to some people.
You're up and at 'em first thing then, forsaking all other things.Morning all
an average 30 mins now each morning with gardening and other duties..
except when it rains
still, getting porridge etc made whilst I do it...
enjoy your day![]()

Waiting on a headset.....Bit rainy around here this morning.
When will you get Polly back from the bike shop?
Not Yorkshire?I have a very definitely "foreign" accent in Germany but people often can't place it, so sooner or later someone has a guess. Going from the most popular, people generally suggest:
American
British
Australian
Swiss
Dutch (but the person asking was Swiss, so that probably doesn't count).
Head for the hills, with the radio.Waiting on a headset.....
so I expect midweek?
Gives me time to laze around![]()
