353g jam jar?You know, I manage to achieve that pretty well already: if I wanted two mugs of tea in the morning I's pour 2 1/2 mugs of water into the kettle.
If I wanted 1 mug I'd pour one mug of water into the kettle.
Now I've got extra technology: I use a jam jar that's a tiny bit bigger then the mug.

And it's a "slightly bigger than the mug" jar; obviously.
