Morning. I have had my early head torch wander up The Knock. Good bit milder so safe underfoot. We'll soon be at the shortest day.

Nice, I finally persuaded myself to head out and ankle has passed with slightly less than medium pace colours

16 days since last out..
I've the last KM downhill but more of that to rise before I drop down, it was wow
Off for toast

Yep. There’s a car park at the foot. I usually just walk all the way from the house though.

I've the last KM downhill but more of that to rise before I drop down, it was wow

No speeding on the canal bank/towpath!!
You mean you were held against your will, in your own house. Who's to blame for that?
KM on a towpath, thought they had speed limits, that applied to all who use them.
Took yer breath away did it?

I think most of the folk I did follow have bumped me at some point anyway...

I did a varied route before I joined the canal heading into a fresh breeze, not much chance of any speed on the infamous straight but enjoyed my way back with a tailwind part of the way
