Got fed out waiting on the ankle and headed out on some new roads
a short run but enjoyed it, the ankle and the legs did a the time but not later on

I'd rather have Lassie about as if I fell down a well or drain, she'd save me...

Couldn't you have left yer ankle at home, where it could rest up. Or were you waiting on one being delivered.

Not getting any better. Try two tubs of water, one hot the other cold. Alternate between the two every ten minutes.

If they bumped you, do you want them bumping off. Cheap rates can be got if you need them.

You were planning on going out in the sunshine. Did you stop writing to see if the rain would do the same?

Not being into strava, other than speed, distance and course taken what else does it do.
I never had you down as a wahoo person, much less a yahoo person.

had no plans but heading W later (not on Polly though)

replaced a Polar which I preferred but hellish to get to connect to anything, a lottery at times..
used the supplied USB cable too..
phone app was tardy to say the least..

anyhoo, out later with the benefit of a takeaway (reheat) tea...
still have it somewhere as resale value wasn't worth it

Surprisingly traffic was free flowing both ways through Glasgow..
broke the hour returning home which is a first time and Mrs M just toodles..
brought home a takeaway from our fave Chinese,
reheats well.
nothing through here compares.

Nah, tried all sorts of USB cables, towers and laptops and still this thing was all over the place, great bike computer but all over the place but I kept it..

You "treated" yourself to some Bucks Fizz! I'd be careful about giving it to someone I disliked.

I'm no Englander! Yorkshire born n'bred me. England comes in third place, at best.
Just as well I drink Guinness, not touching bitter if they serve it warm.
