just haven't been feeling up to posting and the internet most days.
not covid related...
I haven't had a maccy's coffee in weeks

AND first Maccy's coffee in front of me..
Mrs M and I enjoyed the 20% off app offer
Mrs M took me around the Forth for a wee jaunt,
good to be out enjoying the fume filled road airs
Leg still gowping but far far better

the good news is I lost some weight (around 21 lb)
problem now is to keep it off...

We've done this trip a few times via Stirling, Alloa, Dunfermilne then over the Queensferry Crossing then M/way home, decided just to use a localish Maccys.
Nice to see the snow capped hills.
Be a wee while before leg back up to speed, I'll just watch the cycling on't telly just now..
Think I said I have a big mofo of a mountain bike now...
so mentally planning some local wood jaunts..

We've had a few flurries but nothing wanted to lie long, been pretty watery though..

There are an amazing amount of new developments nearby.
