Leg still gowping but far far better
Thanks Andy..:hello:
You don't sound okay. No McD's coffee in weeks!!

Withdrawal symptoms?
I got hit with three things at once..
I don't just do one thing,
the good news is I lost some weight (around 21 lb)
problem now is to keep it off...

Just the one coffee!

This jaunt, was it anywhere you'd not been before, other than a McD's?

Hope you're feeling up to getting back on yer bike sooner rather than later. Weather permitting, unless you're going for a personal best.

We've done this trip a few times via Stirling, Alloa, Dunfermilne then over the Queensferry Crossing then M/way home, decided just to use a localish Maccys.
Nice to see the snow capped hills.
Be a wee while before leg back up to speed, I'll just watch the cycling on't telly just now..
Think I said I have a big mofo of a mountain bike now...
so mentally planning some local wood jaunts..

No-where new then. Just keep on moving and they'll never catch you. McD's do have CCTV though.

You hopping round on crutches?
Is the bike(Polly) okay?

We'd snow down here Saturday, gone now.

Polly being retired now you've got a mountain bike. Not e-assist by any chance?

Still have to pedal then, the exercise will do summat for you.

Snow Saturday, from rain the night before, back to rain that night.
Some of the new "improved" flood defences have failed, again.
Wind been a problem up your neck o'woods?

Wind not been too bad here tbh..
heading back towards home yesterday, on the s side of the motorway passed a lowish group of fields with a few JCBs doing trenches and thought surely not as everywhere had standing water, haven't found anything but looking like a new housing development.. doing away with that flood plain thing was not the best idea, although developers just f off after and leave you with the consequences. There are an amazing amount of new developments nearby.

Poor Polly will be wondering why you've not given the care and attention you used to. She'll break down when you're furthest from home, and the heavens will open.

That's the problem down the Calder Valley, flood plains being used for housing.

Sometimes the top of a hill is handy,
I know this mob here had to install extra drainage..

Geraint Thomas's one has some great guests and have been good listens.

Pol knows she's still numero uno...
we've done too many miles together...

Beag stayed for tea..
so must have a look and see what on't telly..
Gold night methinks^_^
