And you got eleven years here.

I know. Bikes have come and gone. I wish I could go and collect the Mercian but it’s just such a hassle. It could be worse, it could be the Genesis at ex blokes. He’s becoming a hoarder type, it was tucked right back behind a Dawes, a Moustache and a Holdsworth. I couldn’t get to it, to put it in the car. I couldn’t even see the Dronfield. There was a pair of very old, wooden rowing blades in the way and they are very heavy and unwieldy.

CC is a bit of a constant in my life. Along with tea, dogs and fluffy slippers.

Okay, what sort of bike is a "moustache"?

Have to admit, I've never heard of them.

Neither had I until we drove half way across the country to see one. Bloke thought it was amazing, I thought it was over priced. The crank spider sheered flat within 500 miles, so made of cheese. I was somewhat underwhelmed by that, more so when they said they would replace for a discount. I’d have held out for a free one. 500 miles is nothing. Still, he loves it. It’s very orange. It helps his knees, he says.

Just as well he didn't set off to ride home. It might have failed then.
Furthest I've been to actually buy one, was 40 miles. I'd been to BikeFix, in London, for a test ride that never happened. But the 40 miles remains the furthest.

Like you, I'd have held out for a free replacement at that distance.

Is it an orange that you can't possibly miss seeing?

It’s the same colour orange-red as in the picture in the link. It’s quite a loud colour in real life.

Not just rain, it felt blooming cold too. Not long back a walk and it certainly didn't feel like summer! :cold::rain:

Been wet earlier and yep, a tad chillier than normal.
I received a text yesterday saying lights and heating both on..
I never knew I knew a rich person^_^
I replied I'm in me bed:laugh:
Poor Mrs M and Beag were at Blair Drummond yesterday nursery outing, I felt for them....

They'll catch you eventually. And I doubt there's any one armed man you can blame.

Owdo

Kimble always stays free,
that was possibly one of the best acted, scripted series ever, today is would be some crappy actor, apart from one or two now they couldn't lace the boots of the greats and for a start imagine that half grapefruit scene?
social media would erupt
