Good behaviour?
One twat manager tried to get me disciplined for leaving a mess at two shrub beds,
complaining about the cut at one and the amount of 'dead' stuff on the deck at another nearby.
I always took photos of jobs. start and finish because little stuff was happening by them up there as justification of their jobs...
I got hauled in by supervisor and told me about it all and gave me a letter to attend a hearing two weeks before i left...
He apologised for having to present the case against me but I said no worries.
The day finally arrived, my tablet and notebook with me, my manager (an industrial chemist) and a girl from HR was there.
My supervisor said his spiel and left..
I got asked about the first job, oh and I had taken broken hand tools (ordered by said manager) and explained my reasoning for doing the work I had did to the shrub bed and produced photos of job as it progressed. I showed the loppers which broke so easily etc, onto bed two, it was pruned okay but remnants of dead japanese knotweed was lying about a foot deep on the floor. 'Why you not clean this out?' 'It's against the law' I said, it is illegal to move any JK spoils unless it is bagged and destined for specialist disposal.
The HR girl turned round and said ' Why am I here?' It's obvious that (me) knew what I was doing and you didn't' 'waste of my time being here and yours too Robert' He said still had to look at the evidence and decide he said, the girl said 'Are you joking?'..
I got an apology (of sorts).
I said to him 'remember what I said you once in jest, this time I mean it?' and the other little twat? got a short and sweet visit the morning I left......
