Sounds as though they're better organised up those parts. Doctor says I need a blood test, it's make another appointment. Not as easy do as it sounds because they often need doing the same day, or the following day, and there's no appointments available.

My porridge is oats, water and a dash of milk...no sugar or additives etc..
and I add nothing but milk..anything else would be sacrilege.
I even had it for me tea last night as we dined lavishly at breakfast time (no pint)..
